Mohit Gogia is a Partner of S&R Associates – one of India’s leading and recognized law firms. Mohit Gogia graduated from the University of Delhi (B.Com. (Hons.), 2002), did his L.L.M. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in the year 2005, and New York University School of Law (LL.M., 2006). 

Prior to joining the S&R Associates, Mohit Gogia has worked with popular domestic and international law firms, in India and abroad advised on competition law and mergers and acquisitions. The bar admissions are Delhi and New Delhi. 

Mohit Gogia has rich before law firm transactional experience in negotiating, structuring, and writing down complex transactions which includes regular commercial contracts, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions licensing and distribution arrangements, procurement contracts. He has substantial experience in commercial legal, regulatory, litigation and arbitration. He is handling the international as well as domestic legal cases.
